Quality and Sustainability

  • Our products are printed on premium high quality t-shirts, tanks, sweatshirts and hoodies.
  • Products are made to order which means your order is printed on demand when you order it. This is a sustainable model of printing which results in less overproduction, less waste and therefore less of an environmental impact. 
Product Care
  • We recommend following the care instructions on the inside neck label of your shirt to maintain longevity of the garment and vibrancy of the design. Additional care tips are provided on the product description page.

Placing an Order

  • Can I cancel or change my order? Because orders are sent to production as soon as they are placed, we cannot cancel your order. However, if you notice an error in your order, such as the wrong address was entered, please email info@headforthetrails.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Can I include a gift message with my order?  Yes, email info@headforthetrails.com as soon as you place your order along with the note you would like to include in the package. 

Sizing & Colors

  • We offer a wide range of unisex sizes from XS to 4XL. Please refer to the size chart in the product photos to ensure the right fit. For an oversized look, consider sizing up 1-2 sizes. 
  • Our products come in a variety of popular colors. While we strive to provide accurate colors in our product photos, the final print's vibrancy may vary slightly due to the ink absorption into the fabric during the printing process. In addition, keep in mind that slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. 

Printing Process

  • Products are made just for you so they are only printed once ordered utilizing Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. DTG technique means the design's inks are infused into the fabric fibers for a durable finish.
  • Minor variations in color are normal when printing DTG as the ink’s dyes are infused into the fabric causing minor absorption of the colors into the garment. 

Production

  • Upon order, designs are sent to a 3rd party fulfillment partner to help with producing and shipping the order directly to you.
I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of it?
  • We have multiple production facilities so when you order more than one type of product, such as a t-shirt and mug or t-shirt and hat, they may be shipped separately. As a result, you may receive one item sooner than the other. No need to worry though, the other items are on the way! 

Shipping

  • How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location, but estimated delivery is 7-10 days from date of the order was  placed. This timeline may be extended during the months of November and December. 
  • Do you offer international shipping? Not at this time. 
  • Where can I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 1-3 days for movement to show on your tracking number after it has shipped.

International Shipping

  • Currently we offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our reach to offer international shipping soon! 
Payments
  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are also offered as a form of payment.

    • What are your store hours? We are an online store only, our customer service team is available 8:30 - 5:00, CST Monday - Friday to answer your questions. You may send inquiries to info@headforthetrails.com. We will do our best to get back to you asap. If after hours, send us an email and we will respond as soon as we can!
