We want you to love your Head for the Trails gear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Our 30-Day Guarantee covers issues like receiving the wrong item or products that arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.
Important Notes
- All of our products are made-to-order, printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons, including sizing.
- Please check product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
- Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings — these are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before they are actually delivered. If your order shows “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we recommend waiting 2–3 days, checking with neighbors or your local post office, and then filing a missing mail claim with USPS if it still hasn’t arrived. If you're eligible for a return, please contact us directly at: support@headforthetrails.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns submitted outside of this process will not be accepted.

Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, we’ll send the correct one at no extra cost.

Damaged or defective item
We’ll reprint or refund items with print issues, damage, or defects.

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue showing the entire shirt
- A brief description
What’s Not Covered:
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Issues related to sizing (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
- Returns sent without prior email approval
- Requests made without providing a photo of the issue

Refunds
- If your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
- If a return shipping label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit
