Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times if there is a delay outside our control—such as issues with the shipping address provided, weather events, postal errors, or carrier delays. Packages marked delivered:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it has actually arrived. If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not there, we recommend waiting 2–3 days, checking with neighbors, contacting your local post office, and then filing a missing mail claim with USPS if needed: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
