Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen circumstances, such as issues with the shipping address provided, weather events, post office errors and delays, etc. Please be patient during busy times such as the holiday season and allow adequate time for your package to arrive.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before they are actually delivered. If your order shows “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we recommend waiting 2–3 days, checking with neighbors or your local post office, and then filing a missing mail claim with USPS if it still hasn’t arrived.
